Tea Withering is the process in which the leaves are withered, so that moisture content is reduced from 70-80% to 50% and Leaf conditions become limp and flaccid, suitable for rolling.
The air is blown in the trough with the help of fan. PARAG has developed high efficiency FRP Impellers to reduce the proper amount of moisture from leafs and to maintain its taste and fragrance.
